Rasool Mohammad - President, Chief Executive Officer and Director
Mr. Mohammad graduated from the NWFP University of Engineering and Technology, Peshawar, Pakistan in 1991 with a B.Sc. (Mining Engineering). He has worked for companies like BHP Mineral, Miramar Mining, Hunter Dickinson Inc., Cumberland Resources Ltd., and many other junior companies. He has over 20 years of work experience in the mineral exploration industry. He has worked in countries like Canada, US, Mexico, Peru, and Brazil for over 9 years. He speaks English, Spanish, Portuguese, Urdu and Pashto.



Larry Johnson - Chief Financial Officer, Corporate Secretary and Director
Mr. Johnson graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1972 with a B.Sc. (Geology) and became a Chartered Accountant in 1975. He has been involved in mineral exploration across North America in diamonds, gold, and base metals and has worked with junior resource companies for over 30 years, many of them as the CFO.



 

Duncan McBean (P. Geo) - Vice-President of Exploration
Mr. McBean graduated from the University of Saskatchewan in 1989 with a B.Sc. (Geology) and has more than 20 years in exploration ranging from discovery-stage projects to management of advanced resource definition programs. Recent assignments include Peregrine Diamonds Ltd.'s DO-27 and Chidiak projects, and De Beers' Snap Lake deposit. Mr. McBean was responsible for delineation programs as well as underground bulk sample programs at Snap Lake for resource definition and extraction. Prior to that, he was responsible for delineation and exploration programs at Eldorado Gold Ltd.'s Mexican operations and numerous mapping and drilling projects for precious metals in Canada, United States and Mexico.



Gordon Davidson - Director 
Since graduating with an honours degree in Geological Sciences from Queen’s University, Mr. Davidson has spent over 30 years doing what he enjoys – exploring for and discovering mineral deposits.  Currently Vice President-Exploration for La Ronge Gold Corp. and a director of Comstock Metals Ltd., he is credited with having a significant role in the discovery of Areva's Andrew Lake uranium deposit in the Kiggavik Trend of the North Thelon Basin, Canada.  He then directed exploration activities at Cumberland Resources where he managed the exploration team that brought the Meadowbank Gold Deposit to a positive production decision before Cumberland was taken over by Agnico Eagle.  The Meadowbank deposit is currently one of Canada’s largest producing gold mines.  More recently, he has held senior management roles at Bayswater Uranium and Commander Resources.



Douglas Turnbull - Director
Mr. Turnbull is a consulting geologist with over 20 years experience in diamond, precious and base metal exploration. He holds an Honours Bachelor of Science degree in Geology and is a Qualified Professional Geoscientist recognized by the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of British Columbia. Doug is the President of Lakehead Geological Services Inc., a geological consulting company based in Vancouver, Canada, and provides a variety of exploration services to exploration and mining companies. Doug has been fortunate to have been part of mining teams responsible for the exploration and development of the Eskay Creek Gold Deposit in British Columbia, Canada, the Petaquilla Cu-Au Porphyry Deposit in Panama, the Mt. Kare Gold Deposit in Papua New Guinea and the OJVG Sabodala Gold Deposits in Senegal. Currently Doug serves as a director on the boards of Oromin Explorations Ltd., Astur Gold Corporation, Grizzly Discoveries Inc. and La Ronge Gold Corp.

Jerry Blackwell, P. Geol.
Consultant

Jerry is an exploration consultant based in Vancouver. He graduated from the University of Western Ontario in 1974 and has been employed in exploration since. Jerry is known for his involvement in early-stage projects exploring for gold, base metals, and uranium and has led or been part of teams that have identified and delineated discoveries in Canada and Peru.  He is a director of Gitennes Exploration Inc. and has been an officer and director of numerous junior resource companies over the years. He continues as a technical advisor to groups exploring in South America, Mexico, and Africa as well as the in the US and Canada.

Adrian Fleming
Technical Advisor

Adrian Fleming an Australian geologist with 35 years diversified experience in the mining industry, including exploration, project development and operations. Exploration continues to be his passion. He has been a member of teams that made gold discoveries at Porgera, PNG; Big Bell, W.A.; Gross Rosebel, Suriname; Hope Bay, Nunavut and most recently White Gold, Yukon, Canada with Underworld Resources

Shawn Ryan
Technical Consultant

Mr. Ryan grew up in Timmins, Ontario and began his career in exploration in the early 80's working with Kidd Creek Mine's geophysics team. It is here that he began to understand the science of geochemistry and exploration techniques.

Mr. Ryan moved to the Yukon in '91 and until 1996 harvested wild gourmet mushrooms with his wife and business partner Cathy Wood. As a self-taught prospector, Ryan saw an opportunity with science to research the Yukon for its mineral potential.

Through his advanced soil-sampling techniques, Ryan made his first discovery with the White Gold project optioned by Underworld Resources in 2007 and acquired by Kinross Gold Corp in 2010. Mr. Ryan is also responsible for the discovery of gold at the Coffee project, which he optioned to Kaminak Gold Corp.

With these discoveries, Ryan began the largest staking rush the Yukon has seen in 100 years. With approximately 35,000 claims to his name, he continues his hunt for the next mineral deposit in the Yukon.

He has been honoured with the Yukon Chamber of Mines Prospector of the Year in 1998, the 2010 Prospector of the Year by the BC/Yukon Chamber of Mines, and the PDAC Bill Dennis award in 2011 for prospecting success with a Canadian discovery. 

Rob McLeod
Technical Advisor

Mr. McLeod is a highly technical, creative, and innovative exploration geologist. He has over 18 years of post-graduate experience in mining and mineral exploration, working for a variety of major and junior mining companies. The majority of McLeod’s exploration experience has been in Alaska, Yukon, and Nunavut. As VP Exploration for Underworld Resources, he identified the potential of the White Gold Property in the Yukon and led the discovery team for the Golden Saddle Zone. Underworld was acquired by Kinross Gold in May 2010. As an exploration geologist and project manager at Miramar’s Hope Bay project, he was part of the team that discovered the Naartok deposit and also worked on exploring the Boston and Doris deposits. He was previously Vice President of Exploration for Atna Resources Ltd., a junior company exploring for gold in Nevada and for base metals in the Yukon. Mr. McLeod is currently VP Exploration of Full Metal Minerals and Revolution Resources as well as being a director for several junior exploration companies.
